A written Injury & Illness Prevention Plan is an OSHA requirement for every employer.  This now includes the mandatory COVID-19 Prevention Plan.

This program will prepare your employees to survive and be resilient from a natural and human caused disasters by giving them the knowledge and skills in disaster first-aid, safety, disaster teamwork, and  disaster leadership. 

A 24-hour training over the course of a week, including lecture/discussion, manual skills practice, individual and group problem solving, written and practical exercises. 

Every business, large or small needs a handbook of their policies and procedures for their employees. Without a handbook you leave your company vulnerable. 

TOPICS covered will be dress codes, holidays, pay schedules, jury duty, FMLA, code of ethics, COVID-19 policies, harassment, media relations, substance abuse, employee records, employee benefits, and much more. 

Workplace violence is becoming an epidemic. Our program will educate your personnel on the warning signs and strategies for dealing with workplace violence. 

This is an 8-hour course, that will be broken into four 2-hour sessions.
